Single Roll Crusher
Application: Single-roll crusher is mounted in tail of sinter machine and is used to crush the hot sinter cake out from sinter table. The hot sinter cake is fed into the crusher by the sinter belt via a feeding table. The feed material is grasped by the crushing rolls and crushed by the crushing teeth when roll rotates. The crushed
hot sinter block granularity is smaller than 150mm and sent to cold machine from crusher.

Quad Roll Crusher
Application: Widely used in cement, chemical industry, power, metallurgy and other industries. It can crush brittle and flexible materials.
Working Principle: The feed material is fed over the whole width of the rolls via conveyors. Crushing in the first crushing stage is attained by counterrotating rolls, which are fitted with teeth according to the specified feed material. The material is then fed to the second crushing stage where it is further crushed by counter rotating rolls. When meet some special hard feed material, roll will move by hydraulic cylinder or spring and make the space between rolls lager. Therefore, the special hard feed material will fall and the machine is protected. Counter rotating rolls has specified space. If change the space, you can control the max. discharge material.
